Save the Date! The Lafayette Trail - Building Awareness of General Lafayette's Triumphant Tour of the US (and Louisiana) in 1824-25
Upcoming event! March 8th at 1:00pm at the Louisiana State Archives Julien Icher will share how his organization, The Lafayette Trail, Inc, is raising awareness of General Lafayette's influence during the War for Independence and the role Louisiana played. The Lafayette Trail consists of day-by-day travels of Mr Icher while following in the footsteps of Lafayette during his tour - which included Louisiana. In his presentation, he will also share a segment of his youtube series of each visit. He is currently producing Louisiana segments - which are sure to interest both residents of our state as well as folks in the US and France.
